PWB Advice Think Tank: Real Problems, Real Solutions Second Tuesday of Every Month | 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Have a workplace challenge you'd like help thinking through? Join the PWB Advice Think Tank, a confidential, member-driven discussion where we tap into the collective wisdom of our PWB community. Before each session, members are invited to submit workplace questions or challenges anonymously. During the Zoom, we'll select one or more submissions and crowd-source ideas, insights, and practical solutions from attendees. Depending on the complexity of the discussion, we may be able to work through multiple challenges during each session. Whether you're navigating communication issues, leadership challenges, team dynamics, career decisions, or other workplace situations, you'll benefit from the diverse experiences and perspectives of fellow PWB members. Submission Guidelines To protect the confidentiality of individuals and member companies, please: Do not include company names. Do not include real names of employees, managers, clients, or coworkers. Do not include project names, proprietary information, or identifying business details. Keep descriptions general enough to protect privacy while providing enough context for meaningful discussion. Focus on the challenge or situation rather than the people involved.
