SUMMARY:Lunch & Learn - Collaboration over Competition
DESCRIPTION:This presentation challenges industry professionals to move beyond the old "every competitor is the enemy" mindset and embrace a collaborative approach sharing overflow work\, referring specialty jobs\, and pooling resources with trusted peers. It also makes the case for building referral relationships with local businesses so that everyone grows together rather than fighting over a shrinking slice of the pie. Presented by Zach Romero of Blackline HHP.
