The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) celebrates Spike Appreciation Month every November. It’s a time to recognize and thank members who dedicate their time and support towards member recruitment and retention.

Member-to-member recruitment is the largest source of HBA growth across the country, making Spikes the true builders of BIAWC. 

We would like to invite you to an evening Happy Hour in honor of your service to the BIAWC.  Celebrate your Spike achievement with an open bar and appetizers in the Spike Room.  Our hope is to gather all of you together and celebrate what you have accomplished in the past and to help us envision what it would look like to grow the organization in the future.  Please consider joining us.
